WHAT IS THE FRANCHISE FEE?
The franchise fee is $30,000.
WHAT IS THE INITIAL INVESTMENT?
In order to qualify for a Magic Brow Franchise, a potential franchisee must have a minimum of $50,000 in liquid assets with a minimum net worth of $300,000. The estimated initial investment cost to open a Magic Brow® franchise location will vary based on several factors. The estimated cost for opening a Basic Service Salon ranges between $87,167 - $167,833 (including the Franchise Fee), and for a Full-Service Salon between $111,167 - $211,500 (including the Franchise Fee). The largest variable will be the amount of any tenant improvement allowance that may be provided by the landlord. This estimated initial investment amount includes the expenditures necessary to open a Magic Brow® franchise, including the franchise fee, equipment, insurance, the initial real estate leasing and build-out costs, permits, grand opening marketing expenses, and costs of traveling to the initial training. Included in this estimate is the cost of the first three months of operating expenses.
WHAT IS THE INITIAL TRAINING AND SUPPORT PROVIDED?
All Magic Brow® franchises receive the support and training that is necessary to open a Magic Brow franchise. Reference: Franchise Support
WHAT KIND OF ONGOING FRANCHISE SUPPORT IS PROVIDED?
Once your Magic Brow® location is open, we provide continuing assistance and support by way of marketing assistance, product development, operational consultation and ongoing training. We will be onsite to assist as necessary. Help or advice is only a phone call away.
HOW LONG IS THE TRAINING?
Training will be approximately 2 weeks, which will include hands-on training in Southern California and all administrative and operational (classroom training).
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT AREAS ARE AVAILABLE? HOW DO I KNOW THERE ARE SITES IN THESE MARKETS?

DO I NEED TO ACTUALLY WORK IN MY STORES?
Each location must have a full-time, qualified, experienced General Manager. You can either be such General Manager or hire at your discretion. An absentee Franchise owner is permitted, so long as the designated manager is properly trained and accepted by Magic Brow® Franchise. However, if there is a problem, the franchisee is responsible for handling all issues.

WHY DOES THE APPLICATION AND REVIEW PROCESS TAKE SO LONG? I’M IN A HURRY!
All of our Franchise candidates must go through a review. This process can take up to three weeks between the introductory meeting, credit review, and review all required information. Once the process is complete, we require all fees to be paid as scheduled to begin the initial process.
